love them 90's
I too agree...people are way too critical of Jerry from the 90's. They only hear what they want to & not what's actually being played. Most of them were not there & only seem to have praise for the shows they attended (if any). It really kinda pisses me off when I see comments degrading Jerry. ..but to each his own. ..even if they're wrong. .lol

I agree. This is a solid show.
Sound is not the greatest, but i blasted it and enjoyed it thoroughly.

People are too critical! This is a fine show, especially Maggie's Farm, in which Bob, Jerry, Vince and Phil all take a verse. Bird Song never lets me down either. Check it out, it IS the last December for Jerry...

Hard to tell
It sounds like it's well balanced but the recording levels are way too low.
At this time this is the only version of this show on the Archive. Why are there so few well-recorded audience versions from '94? Doesn't make sense to me.

why people 4 and 5 star a show because they thought that particular show was better or worse, well there may be a few with extra special moments, but the boys played what, average 75+ shows a year for 30 years- MOST of them are online, and too often the best quality copy has no rating while the lower quality recording rates higher. We all have our favorites, and by that measure nearly every show rates four stars. This particular show having only one recording i hope more reviewers will see this and hopefully give the recording quality more weight in their next review.
I'm knocking this one down with a one even though it deserves 3, the recording is very poor quality, loud and somewhat clear but huge tunnel/ echo action action.

The Last Time I Saw Jerry
After a long hiatus from attending GD shows I ventured back to the Oakland Arena for one last fling with the past. The show was pretty boring. It was not a great disappointment because I wasn't expecting much. Jerry's playing was mediocre and uninspired, but Vince was very good. I also enjoyed the new songs.
This Recording is decent.
Upon playback 18 years later I surmise that it was a better show than what I experienced.

I personaly like the early 80's but this show is VERY GOOD! The vocals are not to bad, and they still had that trippy jam in Bird Song. A must get for dead heads.
Keep on trippin'
